How to bypass iOS7 and 8 activation locked (100% Works) No Sim Card needed

READ CAREFULLY:
Please Don't leave the disappointing comments, try it several times, you will be satisfied, i had the same problem and searched around and found more than 100 videos, they didn't mention that what you can do if your voice over does't come on, you should hard reset the phone and try it again, you don't need the sim card, you don't need the saved contact, just mess with the blocking and unblocking option when you get to that screen, you don't need to do exactly what i did in this video. the is no specific instruction, just when you get to the language setting page enable the voice over option by clicking home bottom 3 times like what i did in video, after that try to dial 112 YOU CAN ALSO DIAL 118
(112 is only intended for urgent assistance, and should only be called in an emergency. Calling this number for any other reason EXCEPT EMERGENCY constitutes abuse. Abuse is a criminal offence) ,
then click call and press on/off bottom 2 times immediately to disconnect the call, slide the screen and you will get in to the RECENTS page, now you should play with block and unblock option since the voice over is activated the same as what i did in the video, do it til you get to the home page, its not complicated :) thanks for watching...
